The Idaho Legislature Revenue and Taxation Committee met Monday at 9am to discuss and take public comments, regarding a proposed bill to alter the Idaho grocery tax credit.  This writer attended the meeting in person.  The meeting room was full and overcrowded with some people sitting on the floor and others straining their ears while listening outside in the hallway.

The Spokesman-Review provides an excellent recap of the events at the meeting, while the Idaho Statesman provides a more politically charged account of those same events.
