Chateau Meadows HOA

The Chateau Home Owners Association has mailed out the yearly dues notice.  As was stated in last years annual meeting, the yearly dues amount was raised for the first time in 10 years (unlike every other association in the city).  This increase is to reflect rising costs of operation (we now have a city water account) and to make up for funding shortfalls as a result of decreased income in the transfer fee caused by very few home sales.

The dues increase also reflects the increased likelihood that the fence along Locust Grove will need substantial repair this summer or in the near future.  In order to make this possible a portion of the dues increase is being reserved for that repair.

The dues increase also will be used to complete the landscaping of the grassy section along Locust Grove, finally completing a previously paid for design by a landscape architect.
